Job Summary

Duties:
  • Manage daily operations across assigned Food & Beverage outlets
  • Lead by example and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service standards
  • Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team
  • Support, motivate, and develop team members, including training, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with inventory control and cost management
  • Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team with onboarding, training, and development of team members
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, health and safety protocols, and security procedures
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve departmental goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
  • The ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, hands-on attitude and ability to work well under pressure
  • Commitment to developing both team members and oneself
  • Flexibility to handle diverse work situations
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
