Warehouse Storeperson Forklift Driver

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and operates heavy machinery.

About the Position
  • Transfer products to designated storage areas following established procedures, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Pick stock from shelves according to guidelines and place it in designated picking lanes, maintaining optimal workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate stock records, guaranteeing data integrity.
  • Perform additional tasks such as receiving, returns, dispatch, and other assignments by supervisors or managers, fostering a dynamic work environment.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES AND STAKEHOLDERS BY EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
  • WORK IN A TEAM TO MEET SHARED OBJECTIVES AND OPTIMIZE OPERATIONS.
  • CONTINUALLY IMPROVE PROCEDURES FOR MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE ROLE.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by reporting any incidents, near misses, or hazards to the DC Manager promptly.
  • FOLLOW ALL SAFETY GUIDELINES WHEN MOVING PRODUCTS TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF EVERYONE INVOLVED.
Requirements
  • LF & LO licenses preferred.
  • WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL, PARTICULARLY IN APPLIANCES, FURNITURE, OR BULKY ITEMS.
  • PROVEN SKILLS IN SAFE MANUAL HANDLING AND STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE MUST-HAVES.
  • A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP OTHERS ARE ALSO REQUIRED.
