Senior Engineering Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead the development of innovative, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive architectural integrity, scalability, and high software quality.
  • Develop and enhance industry knowledge to provide insights and thought leadership around software concepts and configurations.
  • Define and execute strategic plans that align with company goals, balancing immediate deliverables with long-term innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading R&D or engineering teams in a software product environment.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in architecture, design, and development of complex applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
