The Media Infrastructure Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of broadcast and IT equipment, working with equipment suppliers to ensure minimum downtime and optimal reliability, and offering a professional high level of service and guidance to end users and clients.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement in the technical operations process.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address these areas, using knowledge of Linux OS and scripting, Windows Systems Administration, Network Administration and Support, and Hardware troubleshooting.
  • Participate in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.

This role requires a degree in IT or Systems Engineering and relevant work experience.
