Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across a wide range of telephony incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide level 1 support to customers, responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Log and manage Service Requests (MACs), ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Liaise with customers and coordinate maintenance and support activities with third-party suppliers.
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to ensure effective resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 1+ years' experience in an IT/Telecommunications service desk environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management applications like Service Now is a plus.
