We are seeking a Depot Supervisor to manage the day-to-day compliance and safety of our site in line with operational requirements.

This role involves managing our OH&S standards, overseeing the servicing and maintenance of our Somerton site, and assisting in managing our linehaul operations.

Your day will involve:

  • Conducting regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Acting as a point of contact with our external partners in Linehaul operations, ensuring clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Managing silo maintenance and operations, ensuring inspections, repairs, and proper storage conditions to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
  • Managing contractor activities and assisting in loading/unloading with drivers to ensure smooth operations and safety.
  • Managing weighbridge and cement blending systems to maintain accurate tracking and quality control.
  • Assisting with the packaged space on site operations as required.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience working within a similar industrial/civil environment.
  • Strong mechanical understanding.
  • Dedicated to fostering a culture of safety.
  • Experienced in using various computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite as well as Oracle and Maximo.
