About this role:
Stride is a leading mental health service delivery organisation, specialising in working with adults and young people. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing tailored psychological strategies for young people and families in a community-based setting.
- Collaborating with relevant service systems to address mental health needs.
- General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience providing clinical services to young people (12-25 years).
- Well-developed judgment and evaluation skills, including assessment and care planning.
- Understanding of public, non-government, and private mental health systems and programs.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work with vulnerable populations.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a team member.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, including working under pressure.
- Eligibility to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance.
- Commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable people.
