Design Your Future:
We are on the hunt for a talented Head Designer to join our design department at SASS Clothing. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction of our brand, working closely with our Creative Director to develop and execute strategic design plans. You will oversee the design process from concept to product delivery, ensuring that each collection meets our high standards of quality and commercial viability.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop seasonal design strategies, incorporating the latest fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform your decisions.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure garment quality, fit, and execution meet our brand's high standards.
• Oversee the sampling process and fittings, ensuring designs transition smoothly from initial concept to the final product.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align designs with customer needs and seasonal trends, ensuring that each collection is both fashionable and marketable.
• Build and develop the design team, encouraging continuous learning, personal growth, and professional development.

You Will Thrive Here If:
• You have 6–8+ years of experience in a senior design role, ideally as a Head Designer or Senior Designer within a fashion brand.
• You possess extensive knowledge of the end-to-end design process, from concept development to product delivery.
• You have a proven track record of creating cohesive, trend-driven seasonal collections featuring prints, embroidery, and other bespoke design elements.
• You are a strong leader and manager, with a history of leading a design team and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.
