About the Role

As a key member of the Health, Safety and Staff Wellbeing team at Legal Aid NSW, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our health and safety strategy across the department.

We are recruiting several Principal Staff Wellbeing Advisors across Sydney to deliver services and support to our schools and workplaces by creating safe working and learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative strategies and approaches to enhance and support staff wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with school leadership teams and other key stakeholders to provide expert advice and case management support to staff, schools, and executive.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify future training needs to uplift capability supporting staff wellbeing.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as education, business, management, social sciences or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • A Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in developing and implementing programs and strategies to enhance staff wellbeing in schools.

What You'll Get

  • A salary relative to experience, ranging from $134,411 to $155,445 + super and leave loading.
  • A permanent full-time ongoing opportunity with flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, including work from home options (35-hour week).
