Kitchen Cleaning Attendant and Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain the cleanliness of our kitchen areas and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors to meet high standards of hygiene.
  • Operate industrial dishwashers and wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils with precision and care.
  • Perform hand washing of kitchen items as needed to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Clean large kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, stove tops, deep fryers, range hoods, ceilings, and walls to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work night shifts, commencing at 1am-7am.
  • Experience in kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
  • An enthusiastic and motivated approach to work.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
