We are seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in Glenvale. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to residents with diverse needs and requirements
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
