Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to focus on the installation, maintenance, and servicing of operating theatre equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of operating theatre equipment.
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Providing technical support and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
  • Staying updated with industry standards and advancements in medical technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, in the medical technology sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of operating theatre equipment and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support customer needs.
  • Candidates must have Working rights in Australia and a minimum of 2 years Experience in Australia or New Zealand.
