Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team and ensure daily objectives are communicated and achieved
  • Ensure operational performance across all functions including inbound/outbound/picking/packing/inventory
  • Support and drive inventory control and accuracy across the operation
  • Customer interaction, maintaining good working relationships, and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintaining stock integrity in the warehouse, adhering to policies and procedures
  • Following safe work practices and work instructions
  • Assist with identifying training needs and opportunities to develop the team

Requirements:

  • Experience working in 4PL warehouses with sound warehousing principles/Airline/Catering Industry
  • Forklift Licence (High Reach, Counter Balance & Double Deep) preferred
  • Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • WMS experience – including exposure to various functions
  • A clear understanding of inventory management and the investigation process
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

About You:

You will be a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for logistics and supply chain management. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
