- Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with tax planning, entity setups, and business structuring.
- Maintaining and growing strong client relationships is crucial to success in this role.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders is also a key aspect of this position.
- Effective allocation, review, and management of the workflow of 2–3 junior accountants is essential.
- Providing mentorship and ensuring timely, accurate outcomes is also a key responsibility.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in tax and/or business advisory is required.
- Confident communication and trusted client liaison skills are necessary.
- Strong organisation and time management skills are also essential.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven individuals are well-suited to this role.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or review role is desirable.
- SMSF knowledge is also desirable.
