Academic Program Support Opportunities

We are seeking highly motivated and agile individuals to join our Academic Program Support (APS) teams on a casual basis.

About the Role:

Casual staff will be appointed to support work priorities across various APS teams, providing flexible and adaptable assistance as needed.

Key Features of this Opportunity:

  • Casual appointments can commence at any time.
  • Remuneration is at a Professional Staff Level 4 rate, paid on a casual basis.
  • No set hours are available; work will be offered as necessary to support workload in peak times and project-based activities.
  • The expression of interest process is open to internal and external applicants.
  • Current UniSQ staff members are encouraged to discuss their EOI with their current supervisor.

The incumbent will report directly to the Academic Program Support Manager, who will oversee the tasking of casual staff across APS teams. Training will be provided as required, but autonomy and self-directed work may also be necessary.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel, with knowledge of UniSQ systems being highly regarded but not essential.
