Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Process Strategist to drive sales excellence and contribute to our success. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and managing sales processes that align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales strategy, encompassing process development, team management, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams, establishing clear standards for lead quality and opportunities.
- Create and implement processes to track all sales activity, including appointments set, attended, and inbound/outbound calls, ensuring accurate data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular reviews of marketing performance, assessing opportunity quality and identifying areas for improvement through automation.
- Establish benchmarks for lead measures, lag measures, and implement processes for continuous improvement.
- Effectively manage and lead your team by identifying strengths, building high-quality relationships, and providing support, development, and performance management that enables individuals to excel.

Requirements

- Strong experience in Construction, Architectural, or Specification markets is highly desirable.
- Passion for achieving sales success through process development and effective system management.
- Proven track record of building a sales structure and reporting framework.
- Experience in leading a high-performance team and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with expertise in stakeholder relationship management.
- Skilled in specification & consultative selling, with a strong understanding of stakeholder needs.

What We Offer

- Competitive Salary Package & Incentives: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience)
