We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team working on our X-Ray and Angiography Systems. As part of our organization, you will contribute to our goal of improving patient outcomes and experiences worldwide.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering maintenance, updates, corrective service, and installations to meet customer needs.
  2. Completing service reports in a timely manner and ensuring effective communication with the Customer Care Centre, management, sales, marketing, and/or customers.
  3. Complying with Environment, Health & Safety policies, service escalation procedures, and communicating customer requests, complaints, and comments to relevant departments.
  4. Maintaining personal knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures through training courses.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Technical or university education
  • Experience in service, maintenance, and/or installation activities on medical technologies
  • Essential experience within Angiography and X-Ray systems
  • Current NSW restricted electrical licence or ability to obtain one
  • Availability to travel regionally and at times interstate and internationally
  • Radiation licence considered advantageous
