International Freight Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and service a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Provide daily status reports and troubleshoot potential issues, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Oversee profit and loss (P&L) and identify opportunities to grow the business, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, ensuring seamless execution of customer shipments.
- 7+ years of experience in international freight operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- A stable career history, with a strong understanding of the international freight industry.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A desire for a long-term career in international freight, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
