Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer advocacy, adoption, and success management. They will be responsible for advocating for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs, supporting customers gain value from the product/service, managing the timely setup and implementation of product/service, and identifying and rectifying discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables.

This role requires a strong ability to think critically, identify patterns and trends, and generate innovative ideas to solve problems. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Advocacy and Feedback: Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs.
  2. Adoption and Success Management: Support customers gain value from the product/service, including check-ins, training, addressing blockers to adoption, and providing best practice advice.
  3. Implementation and Onboarding: Manage the timely setup and implementation of product/service to help customers meet their goals and drive product adoption.
