Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our national People & Performance team at Colliers.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute the people strategy and objectives for a dedicated portfolio, playing a crucial part in supporting the business to create a seamless people experience across the operational employee lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide trusted advice and guidance on HR related issues as a genuine partner to stakeholders.
  • Build effective relationships with service line leaders within your portfolio to drive strategic alignment.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Develop and communicate HR policy and procedure changes, leveraging expertise to enhance business outcomes.
  • Lead local management of cyclical activities, including promotions, salary reviews, engagement surveys, and talent & performance management.
  • Design and execute projects to boost engagement and retention efforts within the business, collaborating with business leaders and people managers to elevate employee experience.

About You:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a HR Manager, preferably within large-scale organisations.
  • A track record of success in managing complex ER issues and driving business outcomes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and people managers.
  • A keen interest in Employee Relations and Engagement strategy, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
  • Project Management experience, with the ability to design and execute initiatives that drive business results.
