Job Role:

The It Resilience Strategist leads the development and ongoing maturity of our IT Service Continuity framework, aligning IT strategies with broader business continuity objectives.

  • Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT Service Continuity frameworks and plans.
  • Conducting Business Impact Analyses to identify critical IT services, dependencies, and potential risks.
  • Designing effective recovery strategies and developing, maintaining, and testing IT Disaster Recovery plans.

You will partner with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to embed continuity strategies into operational processes and project delivery.

Expertise in developing and implementing IT Service Continuity frameworks and Disaster Recovery plans is essential, along with knowledge of best practices.

A strong background in IT service management and operational technology, with a track record of delivering outcomes through effective monitoring, reporting, and performance management, is required.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary, as well as adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage complex change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage complex change initiatives.
