Job Summary
This Comprehensive Nursing Professional role is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality nursing services across various health service settings in our Cleve and Cowell sites.
You will work closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the effective management of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing and/or midwifery services across various health service settings, consolidating your experience and expertise.
- Develop from a competent to a proficient practitioner, taking accountability for your practice standards and the activities delegated to others.
- Support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager or equivalent in leading and developing the nursing/midwifery team.
- Undertake a diverse portfolio that includes promoting continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with other Advanced Nurses/Midwives and the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, assisting in the implementation of practice changes and improvements, contributing to ward/unit/service management responsibilities, including performance management, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation, financial and supplies planning, and monitoring.

Requirements
- A satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
- DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position.
Salary
$84,870 - $107,279 p.a (pro rata)
(Note: Salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.)
