The Role:

  • A Legal Advisor position has become available in our Perth office
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our Litigation Team. As a member of the team, you will be working on a diverse range of disputes, including contractual and commercial disputes, statutory claims, professional negligence claims, and insurance coverage advice.

You will have the opportunity to work on various matters, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants, and develop your experience across different jurisdictions, industries, and sectors. The broad nature of the practice means you will have the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned work.

You will work directly with our Partner and Special Counsels, many of whom have developed their careers within the team. This provides opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in other states and territories, expanding your professional network and legal expertise.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of civil practice and procedure, particularly in the Supreme and District Courts of Western Australia.
  • 3+ years of post-admission experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned work.
