Ability Action Australia is one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed.
We are expanding our team in Campbelltown and would love to welcome a dedicated Physiotherapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community.
We are open to applications from Physiotherapists in Campbelltown with experience working with NDIS participants.
As a Physiotherapist, you will be assessing participants' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
You will be interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life.
Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
Recommending the provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
- Experience working with NDIS participants
- Relevant insurance including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Active ABN
