Job SummaryThis role requires a skilled professional to lead a team of linguists and drive high-quality output from external vendors and freelancers.
As a seasoned manager, you will prioritize translation requests, build roadmaps, and track execution to ensure timely delivery and excellence in quality. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on cost, turnaround times, and quality to inform strategic decisions.
In addition to managing the team, you will also be responsible for developing and running language quality assessment projects, as well as conducting A/B tests on translations to improve language experience.
