About the Role:

Description of Work

• This position is designed for an individual who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about working with young people in outdoor settings.
• The role involves supporting student activities such as hiking, skiing, rafting, and conservation work.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with equipment management, food preparation, and logistical planning.
• Perform administrative duties within the Outdoor Education department.
• Support program delivery alongside experienced educators.

Professional Development Opportunities

• This role offers the opportunity to undertake a Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates will possess interest in pursuing a career in outdoor education, teaching, emergency services, or related fields.
