About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager at Amazon, you will play a critical role in helping our customers succeed in the cloud. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges, and providing guidance on how to get the most value from AWS services.

You will work closely with our sales teams, solutions architects, and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  2. Provide guidance on how to get the most value from AWS services.
  3. Work closely with sales teams, solutions architects, and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of AWS services.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with AWS.
  5. Solve complex technical problems and provide expert-level technical guidance to customers.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
  7. Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience working with Partners or in a channel environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
