The Opportunity

As part of this leadership position, you will be responsible for:

  • Programming our learn-to-swim program
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Driving team performance - quality both in and out of the pool
  • Managing OH&S and maintaining facilities
  • Fostering community engagement
Availability Requirements

This leadership team is required to be flexible in attendance across all shifts, including weekends and evenings.

As a key member of the leadership team, you must be prepared to spend parts of your weekly schedule on pool deck and in the pool.
