About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team on a Part-Time basis. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in creating a home that residents love.

Your primary focus will be on delivering care standards of the highest level. This includes building genuine relationships with residents and their families, creating exciting programs that cater to their social, emotional, and spiritual needs, coordinating group activities, and setting lifestyle goals for residents to achieve.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a real team player who is passionate about building genuine relationships and desires to see residents enjoying themselves. You will also need to hold a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
