**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team in Sydney, NSW. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure to meet operational needs and service levels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems, utilities, and middleware. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Maintenance: Ensure the stability and security of the infrastructure by monitoring and maintaining operating systems, utilities, and middleware.
  • Platform Support: Assist in the preparation of software implementation procedures, install and test new versions of system software, and resolve potential and actual service problems.
  • Deployment: Install, configure, and deploy packages to the platforms as authorized, comprising reusable components, developed software, toolsets, patches, utilities, middleware, or operating systems.

About the Role

This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. As the System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and hold current NV2 Security Clearance. You should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure management and experience in a similar role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
