This role offers the opportunity to work with key stakeholders gathering requirements to design, build, deploy, and test data pipelines across various use cases.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilise data analysis techniques to identify and document processes and technology for delivering high-quality, reliable, and reusable data
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders, including senior management, through workshops, to capture business requirements and translate into functional designs
  • Support and participate in testing, including functional and non-functional testing

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience navigating group data products and integrating large sets of data from hundreds of internal and external sources
  • Expertise in data design, flows, layers, and semantics
  • Analytical skills to profile, lineage, and patterns in data risk mitigation strategies
  • Ability to gather requirements and provide input into solution design and data modelling decisions during ingestion, enrichment, and egression processes
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and cloud-based data warehousing tools, such as Teradata Group Data Warehouse, Cloudera Hadoop Big Data platforms, and Ab Initio framework
