About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring their security posture is strong and effective.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security frameworks, information security management principles, and be able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tailored security strategies that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on cyber security best practices and emerging threats.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a boutique firm or consulting environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certifications such as SABSA, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Auditor are highly regarded.
  • Able to obtain necessary security clearance (NV1 or NV2) for federal work.
