General Commercial Lawyer Role

This is a unique opportunity for skilled lawyers to leverage their commercial contracting experience and contribute to the success of our clients.

We are seeking experienced in-house lawyers with strong general commercial expertise to join our team as Legal Consultants. Our consultants will work closely with clients across various industries, including financial services, FMCG, energy and resources, government, construction and infrastructure, education, hotels, leisure and gaming, mining, TMT and transport.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal advice on competition and consumer law, privacy, product safety, quality and labelling, and collaborating with clients to deliver high-impact work in the commercial contracting space.

Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in general commercial contracting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface at all levels
