We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning Centres in Bacchus Marsh. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in creating a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that supports the growth and development of our children and educators.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Mentor and support educators to achieve high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Engage children in activities and experiences that cater to their age and developmental stage
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment that promotes the image of the child
- Collaborate with the centre team to achieve high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement
- Current ACECQA-approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain
