**Job Title: Experienced Senior Manager - Family Law Division**


- Ongoing, full-time position available in Central Sydney Office at Haymarket.


- Flexible work arrangements are negotiable, but regular travel within Greater Sydney and occasional travel across NSW are required.


We are looking for an experienced senior manager with extensive family practice experience to provide senior leadership and strategic direction to allocated offices and teams across Greater Sydney.


The ideal candidate will have strong collaborative skills, demonstrated senior management experience, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a large team/division.


This role is responsible for ensuring coordinated high-quality cross-divisional services are provided to clients, communities, and regions.


We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies over the next 18 months.

Key Knowledge and Essential Requirements:


- Qualifications to practice as an Australian Legal Practitioner
- NSW Practising Certificate (unrestricted or eligible for unrestricted practising certificate)


- Demonstrated senior management experience
- Practice expertise in Family Law
- Willingness to undertake Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
- Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies)
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to undertake regular travel within greater Sydney and at times across NSW
