HealthcareLink is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary team in South Brisbane, QLD. As a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide expert care to participants in the comfort of their own homes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 per annum (based on experience) + travel allowance and benefits

About the Role

This rewarding role involves working with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and goals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality Physiotherapy assessments and interventions to manage musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardio-respiratory disorders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify treatment goals and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions, including manual handling and education training for carers and family members
  • Collaborate with site staff, family, and other care professionals to develop and review care plans
  • Document all treatments and care in clinical notes, adhering to company guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full Registration with AHPRA: Demonstrated expertise and qualifications as a Physiotherapist
  • Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills: Strong ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Current Working With Children Check: Compliance with necessary screening requirements
  • Valid Australian Working Rights: Eligibility to work in Australia without restriction
  • Vaccination in Line with Government Mandates: Adherence to required vaccination protocols
  • Your Own Car and Valid Driver's License: Reliable transportation for client visits
