Position Overview

In this role as Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will provide expert geotechnical guidance throughout project lifecycles. You will be responsible for training and mentoring junior engineers, managing project teams, and liaising directly with clients to maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute detailed site investigations, including drilling boreholes and conducting in-situ tests such as Standard Penetration Tests and Cone Penetration Tests.
  • Compile findings into comprehensive reports outlining site conditions, analysis results, and recommendations for foundation design, earthworks, and other geotechnical aspects.
  • Offer specific recommendations for foundation types, slope stability measures, drainage solutions, and any necessary ground improvement techniques.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee construction activities related to geotechnical work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience in technical reviews, investigations, design, maintenance, and construction.
  • Full Driver's License.
