Our team operates with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional and memorable. We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected for their unique contribution.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to road service calls, loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area. You'll be the face of help, representing our brand on the road with your professional, safety-focused approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional member experiences through every interaction
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to the success of the team
  • Driving superior safety practices, adhering to Safe Working Procedures
  • Demonstrating self-leadership, motivated by personal development and staying up-to-date with new technical skills and industry trends
  • Utilising towing and transportation best practices to recover, secure, and transport vehicles safely

Requirements for Success

  • Exceptional customer service and experience working effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • A flexible and robust attitude, with a positive mindset
  • An ability to adapt to change and work within new parameters
  • A valid NSW Medium Rigid Driver's Licence (or higher) and a Tow Truck Driver's Certificate or eligibility to obtain one prior to commencement
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster over 7 days a week, including public holidays
