We're looking for a skilled Vacation Expert & Lead Generator to join our Flinders Lane, Melbourne team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for generating sales appointments for our sales centres located at our amazing resorts and via livestream. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing commonality and building rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered, working closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process, clearly articulating the benefits of travelling within the Travel and Leisure community, and meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for:
- Generating sales appointments for our sales centres;
- Establishing commonality and building rapport with customers;
- Working closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service;
- Clearly articulating the benefits of travelling within the Travel and Leisure community;
- Meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a genuine passion for customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to meet KPIs and targets as set by the business, immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, high levels of computer literacy, previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous, strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
