Personalised Learning Coach

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personalised Learning Coach to join our Primary School team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that will enable you to make a significant impact on the lives of our students.

About the Role

The Personalised Learning Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored educational plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure that every student reaches their full potential.

  • Create and implement individual learning plans that address the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver differentiated instruction that meets the needs of all learners
  • Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers on strategies for inclusivity and diversity in the classroom
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to plans as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in education or a related field
  • Extensive experience working with students who have diverse learning needs
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based teaching practices and differentiated instruction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
