Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and dispatch precise client invoices in adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Monitor and trace customer accounts to ensure punctual payment receipt.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot billing discrepancies and cater to client queries.
  • Communicate with clients for overdue payments follow-up and negotiation of payment strategies if needed.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure financial record accuracy and prepare accounts receivable reports for managerial review.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated background in accounts receivable or akin financial roles.
  • Firm grasp of accounting tenets and accounts receivable procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, to foster effective client liaisons.
  • Meticulous and methodical with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Proficiency in pertinent accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving acumen and a knack for independent and collaborative work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
