About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Childhood Education professional to lead a classroom team and provide high-quality education and care to children aged 0-6 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners
  • Lead a team of educators to achieve outstanding outcomes in children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with families to ensure children's individual needs are met and their progress is monitored
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's well-being and happiness
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing classrooms
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Current First Aid training and CPR Certificate
  • Valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
