Sweep Operator/Cleaner Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sweep Operator/Cleaner. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sweeping warehouse and carpark areas, general cleaning of offices and warehouse etc, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in their work. They will also be required to adapt to changing schedules and hours, and work effectively in different areas of Melbourne.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sweeping and cleaning of warehouses and carparks
- General cleaning of offices and warehouse etc
- Maintaining equipment and adhering to maintenance schedule
- Providing excellent customer service and communication
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 1 year experience in commercial cleaning
- A commitment to working safety and awareness of Health and Safety
- Self-motivation and ability to demonstrate initiative on the job
- Professional presentation and customer service skills
Benefits of this role include:
- A competitive hourly rate of $30.09
- Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
- Day shift work
