About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced dental support specialist to join our team in Murrumba Downs on a part-time basis. As a key member of our dental support staff, you will provide chairside assistance to our dentists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional chairside dental support services to our dentists and patients
  • Assist with instrument reprocessing and sterilization procedures
  • Advise patients on their treatment options and ensure they receive excellent customer service
  • Foster strong professional relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Book patient appointments and provide administrative support

Your Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a dental assistant or in a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Cert III in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience
