Child Family and Community Services Lead

Key Responsibilities include program development, implementation and evaluation, budget management, resource allocation and reporting requirements, stakeholder engagement and community partnerships as well as staff leadership and management.
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee and lead our diverse portfolio of child, family and community services. A deep understanding of social, cultural and economic issues affecting children, families and communities in the Northern Territory is essential.
- Develop, implement and evaluate programs that enhance the wellbeing and resilience of children, families and communities.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
This role involves leading and developing child, family and community programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and working closely with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in social work, Community Services or Psychology (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in senior management within the social services sector
- Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation and evaluation
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong understanding of the local context and be able to develop effective solutions to address the needs of children, families and communities.
