About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Planning Administrator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key player in our Warehouse and Planning administration team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform general Warehouse and Planning administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Analyze and obtain freight quotes from suppliers to optimize logistics costs.
  3. Coordinate and manage the booking of freight shipments across Australia to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate tracking and tracing of all shipments to prevent delays and issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical challenges.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with freight suppliers to negotiate favorable rates and services.
  7. Verify and reconcile supplier invoices to ensure accurate billing and payment.
  8. Utilize ERP, TMS, and WMS systems to streamline logistics processes and enhance efficiency.
  9. Monitor and analyze the performance of logistics processes to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in logistics and supply chain administration is highly desirable.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  3. Proficiency in using inventory and transportation management software to optimize logistics processes.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve complex logistical challenges.
  5. Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  6. A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
