Your Key Responsibilities
- Pre-picking and sorting recoverable materials with a material handler to maximize recycling rates.
- Assisting with the loading of material into shredders or trucks for transport to recycling facilities.
- Completing daily pre and post checks and any other paperwork directed and required.
- Liaising with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient plant operations.
Requirements
- A valid HR Drivers Licence and Water Truck ticket are essential.
- Experience in the waste industry is beneficial but not necessary.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently are required.
- Physical stamina to operate heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment.
