The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons.

You will have a passion for water safety and be able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and abilities. Your excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service excellence will ensure that our patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience.

The Venue

Swell is a state-of-the-art aquatic facility that offers a range of activities and services. As a Pool Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of patrons in and around the pool area
  • Communicate effectively with patrons and staff
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
