Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team at the Bonds Geelong store.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to drive exceptional customer experiences, and lead their team to deliver on budgets and KPIs.

Your Responsibilities
- Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
- Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
- The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
- Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks.
- Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team.
- Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You'll be eligible for monthly cash bonuses with our Retail Incentive Scheme.
