**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out general commercial cleaning duties, operating cleaning machinery, and maintaining all chemicals and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Carry out general commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of surfaces
  • Operate cleaning machinery, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers, with training provided
  • Maintain all chemicals and equipment, ensuring they are stored and used safely
  • Adhere to all City Health and Safety policies and procedures, including Think Safe protocols

**Requirements**

  • Have a great attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Own a smartphone, as this is an essential tool for the role
  • Obtain a current driver's licence and car, although this is not essential
  • Have Australian working rights

**Shift Patterns**

Shift patterns may vary across store locations, but are normally:

  • 6:00am to 12:30pm
  • 6:00am to 10:00am
